Head - Factory Operations - FMCG (8-15 yrs)
A Leading FMCG is looking for a seasoned Factory Operations Manager to manage the Operations of 500 + people
The incumbent shall be responsible for : -
- Overall Operations of the Factory
- Supply Chain and Warehousing
- Direct Member team of 10-15 people with a overall span of 500 +
- Process Improvement and Technology
- The person should be currently working in FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharma / Life sciences and related industries.
- Should be MBA from premiere B- Schools only and should a ground level understanding of operations in a factory set up.
- Diverse Candidates ( Females, LGBQTI, Physically Challenged) and Army bent profiles are all the more preferred for the role.
- People having worked in geographies like Nigeria, South Africa are more welcome to apply.
