Head - Factory Operations - Electronic Manufacturing

Exp : 18 - 25 Years

- Responsible for overall plant/production/project of India business with P&L responsibilities.

- Formulate phased production/project management goals and strategies to drive the China & India team to conduct project management successfully.

- Complete project management, coordinate resources, promote project implementation and follow-up result feedback, proactively forecast and discover potential product/project risks and problems, and coordinate internal and external resource for quick and reliable solutions.

- Responsible for the personnel management and target management of the Indian project team, and responsible for the work quality and personnel growth of team members.

Job requirements :

 Age: 33-45 years old. BE / B Tech in Electronics,

-Chinese Language proficiency is preferred.

- More than 5 years of experience in an electronic manufacturing company,

- Candidates from PCBA products / industries will be preferred
