Role Objective- Responsible for Planning, Directing, Coordinating and Controlling the Facility Management including the Techno Commercials, MEP Services, CAM, Collection, CAPEX and OPEX, Assets and Project Sanctions -Approvals for a large scale Township and Group housing projects in NCR regions. Also oversee and manage the Security, Housekeeping and Horticulture services at all under-construction sites of group.

Job Profile and Role -

1. Shall have 15+ Yrs of Experience in management of Facility Operation, CAM, Collections, Techno Commercial, MEP Services- Electrical, Mechanical and PHE facilities at residential housing projects.

2. Management of SOFT and HARD services and oversee the Security, Housekeeping, Liaison and Coordination with urban development, administrative authorities

3. Heading the Facility and MEP Operations of multiple projects at different locations.

4. Sound expertise in Building Maintenance, Utility Monitoring, Management of House Keeping, Pest Control & Landscape, Maintenance Services

5. Exp in Management of Systems for Security and Safety, Fire Prevention & Protection Service, Fire drills / evacuation drills, Building Safety audit, Electricity/Plumbing Services, Air-conditioning Services, Elevators

6. Prior Experience working with Facility Management Companies like CBRE, JLLM, Cushman Wakefield will be Plus

7. Ability to manage 3-4 Project sites under developments and in process of passions.

8. Monitor expenses incurred in daily operations and investigate cost overruns

9. Address the queries and concerns of customers and drive timely resolution

10. Interact with the Vendors and Service Providers and support in resolving any payment/ terms/ facility management related issues faced by them

11. Excellent leadership and organizational skills

12. Excellent communications & Coordination skills
