- Responsible for taking over and maintenance of and commercial & retail (mixed-use) projects/facilities to ensure that they meet the need of the organization and their customers.
- Manage and supervise teams including maintenance technicians, security, housekeeping, and landscaping staff.
- Manage directly and through AMC's, upkeep, repair, maintenance, and replacement of equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishing, vehicles, building, etc.,
- Implementation of the operation of security and surveillance at all facilities.
- Asset management of all site operations and assets across multiple locations.
- Responsible for processes, documentation and audits, etc.
- Ensure that facilities meet statutory requirements and environmental, health and safety standards.
- In-depth knowledge of Property related compliances including local body norms.
- Liasioning and coordinating with various government agencies, Facility Management companies, corporate offices, and offices at various locations.
- Ability to develop CAM for Commercial/Retail Properties
- In-depth knowledge of GST implications on R & M providers
Skills & Experience:
- 15 + years of experience in Facility Management - handling Mixed Use Projects (Retail + Commercial)
- BE Civil /Mech or MBA
- Relevant experience in managing commercial, retail, residential, and hospitality projects.
- Should be a core professional in managing the takeover and handing over of facilities with a high degree of personal integrity and a strong ability to collaboratively and effectively work in a fast-paced, flexible team-based environment.
- Should have knowledge of safety requirements, construction, services and equipment, operations and maintenance, building repairs, building maintenance, statutory requirements, etc.
