Job Responsibilities :
- Property planning and reporting
- Site property master plan
- Real estate portfolio analysis
- Own / lease decisions
- Space management
- Constant assessments of properties and compliance issues
- Acquisition, Leasing, Divestment Defined by internal policies, business needs, required function/quality and external legal requirements, RE will conduct Acquisition, Leasing and Divestment activities with related supporting functions as well as external real estate professionals. Activities are managed locally supported by the RE Center of Expertise (CoE).
- Design, Construction, Renovation Defined by internal policies, business needs, required function/quality and external legal requirements, RE will conduct Design, Construction and Renovation activities with related supporting functions as well as external real estate professionals and suppliers. RE will drive the entire process from planning to completion by managing budgets, schedules, quality and safety using the Project Steering Model.
- Property and Facility Management RE will deliver Property and Facility Management based on the defined Operate Facility Services and Preserve Property Asset Processes to preserve and enhance property values and performances. RE will govern and manage services and maintain dialogues with stakeholders and authorities.
