Job Description
Key Accountabilities -
- Strategic oversight of facilities function at country level with respect to capacity vs growth requirements.
- Supervise and ensure the effective and professional execution of facilities function and activities across all locations in India.
- Manage and oversee departmental activities including appropriate resourcing (staff and service providers) and ensure quality control with respect to time and cost.
- Oversees the functioning of all building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management.
- Responsible for the negotiation, review, renewal and management of all facility related agreements.
- Oversight and execution responsibility of capital projects (expansions, relocations) to remain within budget, quality and timelines.
- Management of facilities budget and expenses to ensure cost effective and streamlined operations.
- Produce accurate budget plans in collaboration with appropriate team members and provide input to senior management.
- Track, forecast and report on financial budget achievement and related metrics.
- Maintain country level location databases and information necessary for reporting in systems (workstation/staff/utilization metrics).
- Hiring of new Facilities staff - interview and selection responsibility at country level.
- Undertake the full range of duties relevant to the leadership, management and development of direct reports to ensure their performance meets and or exceeds both the business and their own personal goals/objectives.
- Maintain and encourage a positive, results orientated work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork, communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner.
- Handle formal staff review processes e.g. performance and salary reviews to corporate standards and timescales.
- Following regular feedback, take appropriate action to influence efficiency, effectiveness and performance.
- Participate in PRXL and department system/standards improvement activities.
- Contribute to RPX activities.

Qualifications
Language Skills
Fluent in local language, strong English ability required, both verbal and writing
Minimum Work Experience
Minimum 10 years proven experience in working in a Facility Management or related environment (of which at least 5 years be in a senior leadership role)
