Head - Facility Management

Industry: 10+ years or relevant experience in residential/commercial facility management with industry leaders like JLL, CBRE, Cushman, and Wakefield etc. Prior facility management experience for 1 million sq.ft a strong plus.

Location: Gurgaon

Role:

1. Set up the facility management function build the central + city org, capabilities for multi- faceted, multimillion sq.ft asset management for 50k+ diverse of properties spread over 25+ cities

2. This team will build capabilities and technical know how for all 3 facets of facility management - engineering, soft services and general administration for diverse assets - large properties (10,000 sq.ft + ) and smaller standalone properties (1500-2000 sq.ft).

3. On-board PMCs / facility management companies, build innovative contracts for asset management and services for a diverse set of properties in this. Define service level agreements across the three facets and measure /track progress against those.

4. Drive operational efficiencies to ensure a great experience for our customers - daily management/ preventive maintenance tasks and build remote monitoring systems for these to ensure industry standard downtime.

5. Work closely with Transformation and business development function during asset on boarding /business agreement to highlight major red flags if any, from a facility management perspective

Eligibility:

1. Prior work with PMCs, other large multi service vendors, and understanding of facility service contracts a MUST

2. A zeal and passion to build a facility management function bottom up. Prior experience in building / leasing an org will be a strong plus.

3. Open to working in a dynamic business environment and challenges that come with managing diverse/complex properties.
