Head - Facilities Management - FMCG

- Executive Hiring is looking for a Head - Facilities Management(Leadership Role) for one of the Large MNC outfits, based at Mumbai.

- MBA with 12 - 15 years work experience with minimum 2-3 years in leadership role of a large MNC FMCG's /Facilities Management, outfits / IT /Pharma/Consulting/ Hotels etc. handling Facilities & Administration which includes.

- Head facilities and infrastructure for a state of the art sprawling 5 lac sq. feet office having national presence

- Leading office Infrastructure and Facility strategies, policies, systems, planning

- Planning, procurement, commissioning and maintenance of infrastructure & facilities

- Vendor management including security, housekeeping and support staff

- Cafeteria vendor management across multiple and concurrent set ups including a 24x7 cafeteria operation

- Leading and Inspiring a team of admin professionals.

- This position is responsible for facilities operations, maintenance, upkeep, vendor management, security, payables and supervision of outsourced non-core activities.
