Cost Reduction:

To strategize, monitor of opex saving initiatives and achieve the required budget of opex savings in FY 21 Operational Excellence

1) To ensure 100% achievement of all the initiatives undertaken by the team of direct reportees

2) To carry out periodical review of status of zonal team performance, branch visits, other initiatives and take corrective steps as and where required

3) Drive EHS and sustainability initiatives across branches

Service Excellence:

1) To coordinate with the stakeholders towards Non-life Insurance portfolio ( including facilitating, procurement of policies and claims)

2) To ensure statutory compliance
