Head - Facade - EPC

Head Facade with a EPC Giant with global presence 

Looking for BE Mech/Civil with international exposure in building projects in facade work. In case the candidate is with vast international exposure, Diploma or any other Technical qualification will also be considered.

Job Profile:

-  Managing the entire operations

- Preparing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects

 - Supervising the process from the conceptual development stage, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget; ensuring suitable deployment and timely availability of manpower

 - Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies and coordinating with site management functions

 - Delivering end result up as per the Client & Consultant expectation and maintaining proper line during site execution

 - Observing discrepancies post concrete and addressing the same as per standards

 - Will be responsible for multiple projects across India
