A Leading MNC in F&A Operations is looking for a very senior Operations professional with strong expertise in handling a team size of over 12000 FTEs
The incumbent should be strong in
- End to end F&A Operations
- Strong in R2R, P2P and O2C Operations
Responsibilties : -
Since this is a Leadership level role the incumbent shall be required to
- F&A Practice Development and Growth
- Sales, Business Development
- Solutions and Winning Deals
- Support the Transitions Team for domain specific SLAs
- Work along with the Operations team on Workflows & Process Maps
- Works with key functional stakeholders of multiple customers in order to set and manage domain delivery specific expectations
- Improve domain specific process efficiency and effectiveness in order to enhance productivity and gross margins
- Anchors internal governance (such as best practice sharing sessions, practice forums etc) inorder to adhere to the practice governance model.
- Process Improvement and Transformation.
- Execute development and roll-out of domain training programs either internally or in partnership with external vendors in order to build competency within the practice
- Participates in specific initiatives to support practice Head in order to help reach the organization objectives and improving self-competencies.
