B2C Head (Extended Warranty & New Business Development)

The role involves:

1. New Business Development to increase Revenue

2. Sales & Marketing of Extended Warranty Product thru Online/GT/MT Mode which comes under B2C business (Business to Customer)

3 Ensure full support to Extended Warranty Product Customer as per Customer SOP

4 Filling of financial Claim with Insurance Agency as per Agreed timelines.

5. CRM Development and App Development for Qdigi as well as Extended Warranty Business.

Position Reports to CEO/Business Head - Qdigi Services

Qualifications

- Post Graduate with 10-15 Years of Experience in the field.

- Knowledge of Distribution Business Model and understand the Insurance business

- Strong PR Skills with good Leadership skills
