EXIM Head

1. SLA finalization & review : To facilitate in finalization of Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Service Providers and review on ongoing basis

2. Timely release of SO for imports and execution of Export

3. Compliance : To ensure timely submission of various type of reports / compliance report to DGFT and Customs.

4. Export Benefit Utilization : To ensure optimum utilization of EPCG, Adv Lic and other exports benefits on regular basis.

5. Budget Forecasting : To manage the EXIM logistics budget, forecasting and corrective action on budget and spend.

6. Manpower : To ensure adequate resources / trained manpower is place to discharge the duties by adhering / complying the SLA.

7. EX-IM : To manage end to end logistics related to EXIM operations. To guide team on EXIM related changes like Customs duties, Excise duties, Foreign Trade Policy. To keep close watch on charges related to FTAs of India with other countries release update on changes. To ensure no due certificate are obtained from LSPs on regular basis after reco & reviews.

- SSC, Use of portal for executing e-bidding

CBO to function with respect to daily work with accuracy :

1. Knowledge on DGFT and custom rules and regulation

2. Free Trade Agreement of India

3. Landed cost awareness

4. PAN India exposure of ICD formalities

5. Physical export

6. Out n Out Export

7. Understanding on International Geography

8. Freight forwarder connect

9. Duties & Taxation applicable for International consignments

10. Licences Advance Authorization , EPCG, Rodtep, DBK etc

11. Liaison with government officials

12. Good knowledge on SAP -MM & LE.
