Head of Teacher Acquisition & Expansion: (1000 cr top line)
- You will be an integral member of a cross-functional team working with product, marketing and engineering with the vital responsibility of driving expansion into the India and international markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving teacher acquisition through strategic partnerships, on-boarding new teachers
- Proactively pursue opportunities to deepen and broaden the content available on the product
- Assessing opportunities for integration with strategic partner products
- Collaborate with the engineering team on improved functionality
- Develop and maintain high-level knowledge of the education and consumer technology landscapes
- Utilising date you will define scalable methods to identify, define and prioritise new opportunities
- You will need deep partnership management experience, along with a proven track record of identifying and sourcing new opportunities.
- You will have experience of developing transformational partnerships for leading consumer technology, EdTech.
- You will need an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for digital solutions.
- Experience working for tech start-ups and P&L responsibility.
