1. We are looking for candidates with 12 -20 yrs relevant experience in Estimation/Quantitative Surveying/design of metal structures, including PEB/Composite Building/High rises. 2. Preferably should have led Estimation/Proposals function in a comparable organization 3. Possess Basic negotiation skills & basic knowledge of financial terms especially order inflow, revenue, order book, EBITDA, revenue expenses, working capital &amp; ROCE and ability to co-relate them into work as a leader. 4. Will be responsible for overall Proposal Engineering, Design Optimization &amp; Detailed Estimation function, aimed at submission of Proposals/Tender in close coordination with Engineering, Sales/BD, Procurement, etc Departments, culminating in effective design optimization, lowest bid &amp; effective inter Department Coordination. 5. Institutionalize best-in-class systems &amp; processes for effective achievement of coordination with Engineering &amp; sales Department to achieve Proposal Engineering, Design Optimization &amp; preparation of proposals/tender, per say 6. Institutionalize appropriate &amp; efficient Process &amp; systems to turnaround efficient estimates &amp; Proposals o Achieve effective Customer interface, as &amp; when required 7. Drive interventions to top grade teams, improve team cohesiveness, improve team productivity/method of working
