Company - Leading Financial Services Firm

Role & Responsibilities:

- Ability to deal with the regulator independently.

- Liaisoning with regulators, stock exchanges, legal firms etc.

- Primary responsibility would be to :

a. Hand hold and manage the entire regulatory process esp. for IPO

b. Handle due-diligence and pre-issue/post-issue IPO process

c. Have good understanding of IPO related cost items

d. Have thorough knowledge of ICDR, LODR, Companies Act, Takeover code and other capital market related regulations

e. Have sound knowledge of products like IPO, QIP, Rights, Buy-back etc.

f. Have a good understanding of the regulatory nuances on previous and current deals

g. Help in preparing relevant sections of pitch/credential book
