Head - EPC Operations

- To lead the entire EPC execution of solar projects (including Design, Engineering, Project management & construction) for PLSIND (Roof and ground mounted) The overall responsibility is smooth and timely execution of the project, ensuring revenue collection and, avoiding time delays.

- Responsible for ensuring smooth coordination with BD team for effective takeover of project and get all the inputs to design the best optimized and quality solutions for client.

- Responsible for helping Pre-bid team with cost competitive proposal and costing for the project, to win projects with committed profitability for the organisation.

- Responsible for entire design engineering, package and product specifications, technical support for procurement, project control and planning control, project management, quality management, site management and controlling contractors at site.

- Ensure on-time execution of the project, follow highest quality standards, zero accident at site and follow industry leading best project management practises.

- Ensure effective project planning by contributing in way of engineering, legal compliance during project execution, timely invoicing in coordination with sales and BD, cost & financial planning, specification and scope of work definition for vendors and sub-contractors, support for procurement, quality assurance of sub-vendor selection, allocation of responsibilities, effective team management etc.

- Ensure project execution as per the SLA & timelines, track & ensure progress, provide support to resolve critical issues, cash flow management, variance analysis (budget vs actual) ensure profit margin contribution throughout the project implementation.

- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction, support, retention& revenue generation channel for the organisation by way of O&M contracts, thus building market reputation for the organisation & team.

- Timely review and appraising management on project progress, planning and quality, safety system.
