Head - EPC - Coke Oven Plant

Few important pointers for shortlisting will be as follows :

- Techno-commercial person with flair for marketing having 15 - 20 years experience.

- Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.

- Strong social networking skills and Team handling skills.

- Exposure to a high level of service standards.

- Anyone drawing a current CTC of less than INR 15 LPA would NOT be considered.

- Willing to relocate/based out of NCR

- Excellent management skills, analytical skills, conflict resolutions skills and stakeholder management skills. You should have demonstrated excellent track record in your past experience and should be ready for the next assignment

JOB DESCRIPTION (Indicative Only) :

Technical :

Iron Making :

Ensuring that the Raw Material Handling system is in place and works efficiently along with Coke Oven Plant & Auxiliaries, Blast Furnace & Auxiliaries,Pellet Plant, Sinter Plant

Steel Making :

- This would involve Induction Furnace, Electric Arc Furnace,Basic Oxygen Furnace, Metal Desulphurisation

Commercial :

- Contributing in the Business Development activities & Strategy : Tendering, Contracting, Negotiations and submitting financial proposals as well.

- It also involves Networking & Competition, Contract Price Negotiation,Cash Flow Management & Control

Others:

- Running the EPC in proper manner ensuring that it is within budget at the same time adhering to safety, quality and human resource norms.

- Providing and distributing resources at the project mobilisation stage, selecting subcontractors, coordinating with internal departments, providing inputs in budgeting and ensuring the project's timely completion.

- Reducing cost after analysing in details the cost factors.

- Providing inputs on maintaining Quality and EHS standards across and ensuring their adherence by coordinating with HR, EHS and other internal departments.

- Spearheading client relationship by being a representative in the meetings and handling client's escalations and managing them.

- Managing healthy relationships with external entities, PRW/Sub-Contractors, Alliances and JV partners and other consultants.

- Monitoring ongoing performance, coaching, mentoring and giving technical assistance to subordinates and identifying their training needs.
