Educational Qualifications : MBA/ Engineer from top tier institute

Experience Required : 15+ years of experience in Information technology leadership roles

Role Responsibilities :

- You will be responsible for the strategy to create and manage the Digital Core for the organization. You should be a technology thought leader who can bring in a new perspective and offer new insights based on his/her prior experiences. 


- This role oversees all technological endeavors in enterprise systems - most importantly the strategic roadmap and supervisory technical guidance. He/She must possess a very high skill level to which other team members can learn and model. Also expected is high awareness of emerging technology trends and adapt the organization's tech platforms as needed.

Enterprise Systems :

- SAP Strategy, deployment model and continuous improvement

- All horizontal Enterprise applications like Sharepoint, O365 and Workflow Apps

- Digital Workplace suite of apps for improving productivity and collaboration

- Manage MDM and IDM

- Define and Create Employee Life Cycle Management platform

- Create and manage world class finance digitization program

IT Infrastructure :

- Define the compute strategy with the Hybrid Cloud Model

- Define and create software defined network

- Create word class end user support model

- Collaborate with project managers to measure system and resource use and allocation

- Developing and implementing disaster and emergency recovery plans

Information Security :

- Create and manage the Information Security Strategy for the organization

Other :

- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers for installing new technology and training employees on its use

- Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of solutions

- Identifying opportunities for simplifications and digitization of various workflows across the organization

- Supervising quality assurance processes, integration, and system tests

- Mentoring team members

Measures of Success :

- Enhanced value delivery, driven by improved project prioritization, leading to optimization of IT budget

- Improved performance and resource management

- Better quality of project outcomes, in terms of timeliness of delivery, meeting success criteria and adoption and benefit realization

Operating Network : 

Internal: All functions and teams within the DPEx organization across India and overseas locations

External: Vendors, implementation partners, knowledge networks in the industry

Key Skills and Experience : 

- Strategic thinking, innovation, strategy development and execution, planning and decision-making in a in a complex organization.

- Transformational mindset ant high level of customer Centricity

- Strong knowledge of IT industry standards and best practices to develop organizational capability assessment (people, processes, technology, knowledge) and process improvement models

- Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills

- Ability to Communicate and inspire confidence at a senior level with technical and non-technical audiences

- Experience in the identification, evaluation and documentation of process flows, risks and controls

- Experience in delivering transformational change in Technology organizations

- Good knowledge of SAP is a must
