Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategy - Own the entire sales strategy and execution and deliver a clear roadmap and visibility to the leadership team
- Business development - Handle the overall responsibility of business development of new and existing accounts, exceeding sales targets with a clear focus on retention of existing customers
- New client acquisition - Nurture prospective clients via references and advocate on recent industry trends and solutions to key challenges across the talent acquisition ecosystem
- Relationship management - Build, maintain and nurture C-Level relationships in the enterprise accounts
- Client retention and advisory - Work with the Customer Success team to identify and eliminate challenges to our clients retention and engagement play an advisory role to the key accounts
Requirements:
- 4+ years Sales experience in Enterprise SaaS (preferably in HR Tech)
- A proven sales leader with experience in creating a sales strategy, leading a sales team and consistently exceeding sales targets
- A passion for technology and all things digital
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a deep understanding of a consultative sales approach
- The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level
- Strong operational and analytical abilities. Metric driven, comfortable in working with data to draw and share insights with stakeholder
