Head - Enterprise Sales/Customer Experience - IT

You will be responsible for the entire spectrum of Enterprise Sales and overseeing the Customer Service to ensure the company delivers the highest level of customer service possible.

P.S: Job is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Relocation would be mandatory if you are based out of Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities:

1. Will have to generate company's product sales from large enterprises.

2. Onboard Large enterprise Customers and facilitate product adoption in the organization.

3. Needs to constantly come up with improvements regarding customer service experience.

4. Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.

5. Understand and own the controllable elements of service level delivery, productivity, staffing, and quality KPIs.

6. Be a voice for our customers by identifying customer needs, providing customer insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide solutions for those customers.

7. Will have to develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.

8. Collaboration with other departments to resolve complicated issues & issues which require special attention.

9. Analyze customer care data and statistics to obtain results useful in taking key business decisions.

10. Contribute to the development of industry-leading processes and best practices for delivering customer success.

Qualifications:

1. Should be an Engineer and MBA with 4 - 8 years of experience, from a reputed college with Techno-Commercial skills, excellent Communication, Negotiation and Presentation skills. Update with current technology trends and various Social Media Platforms, Understand Finance and Commercials of Product Selling and Be a Go-Getter with a passion to close deals independently.

2. Need to have strong communication skills.

3. Should have experience in handling a minimum of 15-20 enterprise product accounts.

4. We are looking for a technically sound person. Should be able to adapt to new technology

CTC would be between 8-12 lakhs per month depending upon the interview rounds.
