The objective of the job is to manage a portfolio of the top 250 Strategic & Government accounts, handling the Corporate customer life cycle for Data, Mobile and Fixed Line services end to end, drive all financial and non-financial parameters, own the collections policies and processes, strategize and implement innovative methods of customer delight while improving collections performance, engaging circle teams for closer interaction and expedite faster issue resolution & expedite automation for all possible processes.
Scale of Operations :
Strategic & Government Business - Data, Mobility & Fixed Line - COCP
- Customer life cycle management, handling every aspect post sales
- Ensuring issue resolution within agreed timelines
- Customer engagement basis regular bi monthly meetings through the team, having QBRs
- Strong cross functional engagement
- To ensure adherence of all Due date, OG bar, Bad debt collection figures to AoP and overall collections
- Standardization of all collection policies and process across all circles
- Collection model Reliability and Scalability
- Cost efficiency- Monitor & Optimize Voice Collection Opex&Capex
- Customer Satisfaction Survey for Voice Billing & Collections.
Major Challenges :
- Timely issue resolution pertaining to Data business through the GSMC
- Converting Write off to Write in for Bad Debt performance
