The role will involve working with prospective clients, identify/ assess their needs, define and implement options to provide the corporate clients the educational products and manage the delivery of these courses. It will involve implementing creative ideas, engaging with multiple stakeholders and taking data-driven decisions to ensure better learning outcomes. Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to): - Nurture and grow the Enterprise client accounts for the delivery of our portfolio of educational products - Own delivery of educational products agreed with Enterprise clients across their multiple locations and maintain operational excellence - Create world class learning experiences and build relationships with multiple stakeholders - Provide feedback to Course development and delivery teams and senior management on inputs to design and on course structure and curriculum - Drive content management, technical assignment administration, and aid faculty to ensure high quality learning outcomes - Ensure successful program management and co-ordination between internal teams for an engaging experience for our customers - Deliver learning outcomes for our customers - Work closely with senior management to execute the company's vision Skills &amp; Experience : - 10+ years Experience in IT industry as Delivery leader with command over the technology areas like Java, J2EE Technology Stack, Analytics, Data Science, Cloud Computing and with familiarity to the technologies of Big Data, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, DevOps and Cyber Security. - Up to date with industry trends &amp; knowledge of technologies - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders &amp; drive business growth - Team handling experience
