Head - Enterprise Architect - IT

Job Description :

- Responsible for the governance of IT architecture; Create and establish the rules, regulations, policies, and standards

- Understand the group's long-term business strategies and goals, and formulate IT architectural strategy and function roadmap

- Drive and monitor strategic IT architectural projects and initiatives

- Ensure the Enterprise Architecture (EA) is closely aligned to the business strategy, business operating model and IT strategy

- Investigate and make recommendations on IT architecture decisions concerning architecture requirements raised by stakeholders

- Technically evaluate fitment of partner IT offerings and solutions vis- vis business requirements

- Mentor the team and develop employee capability and build functional excellence through various learning and development interventions and mentoring initiatives
