A Leading MNC is looking for a strong Leader to scale enterprise level Agile Transformation in the organization.
In incumbent should have managed Enterprise level - Large Scale enterprise Transformation project - Globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Will be required to drive enterprise-scale agile transformation for a global enterprise - including driving the strategy, the organizational construct, the technical capabilities and player/coach model to drive agile
- Build out the transformation agile organization in region - aligned to global strategy and engage with technology organization regionally and globally to drive agile transformation of the teams
- Strong People management with capability to identify, recruit, develop, motivate and retain talent. Ability to manage managers and senior technologists.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. This includes experience presenting to, collaborating with and building trusted relationships with executive management, senior management, technical mangers and peers to influence direction.
Essential Qualifications
- 18+ years of experience, at least 5 years in senior management roles leading large teams, with demonstrable success in creating and driving effective transformation change in technology teams in multinational business environments.
- Strong hands-on experience of working with and build out out transformation agile teams for enterprise scale application development
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, Customer Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, Software Quality and Speed of delivery for a global Enteprise scale level organization.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Experience in software development, SDLC tool chain and development best practices
