Head - Enterprise Account Sales - Internet/eCommerce/IT (6-13 yrs)
Job Description:-
- Strategic Thinker & Leadership: Leading from the front on all important Client facing discussions, while providing direction to the team on the positioning, go-to-market strategy and priority amongst the prospect segments.
Full Sales Cycle Ownership:
- Tactfully and strategically enable the team to follow up with the prospects regularly, host the commercial negotiations and drive the needed urgency towards deal closures.
Partnerships & Influencer Management:
- Actively discover, acquire and engage with strategic partners / industry influencers, consultants and resellers to drive an efficient channel of demand creation and client acquisition across multiple geographies.
Key Requirements:-
- 5+ years of B2B sales closing experience, some experience in SaaS required
- Experience selling a developer-focused product where engineering leadership owns the buying power
- Experience closing complex six-figure deals
- Candidate must be well-organized and process-driven
- Candidate must be excited about the opportunity to be an early sales hire (they will be building out sales playbooks + best practices- these are not yet established!)
Experience of selling to CIO's/ CTO's will be preferred.
