Head - Engineering - Startup (9-14 yrs)
Our client is a leading Startup with series A funding and growing at an exponential rate .
Reporting: Founders
Team: 30-40 Engineers
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with developers to build products for web and mobile with a developer's first mindset
- Define the product roadmap and lead the engineering aspect
- Help in scaling with existing products.
- Help define the features to align with the company's vision
- Work closely with the founders for the strategic planning and product roadmap
- Ability to attract, hire and retain high performing teams
- Setting up processes for team management
If you have :-
- 10 years of experience in software development; with 3+ in leading engineering teams preferably in a high-growth startup environment
- Experience as a full-stack Engineer with proficiency in one of the following: React, Redux, Node, MongoDB Python, Java, or Javascript
- Deep knowledge of full-stack modern development practices. Leads by code.
- Should be well versed with mobile application architecture.
- Exposure to Android + iOS + web app backend and frontend (NodeJS, Reactjs, ReactNative, and MongoDB). Be able to jump in and code whenever needed
