- The role is that of the Head of Engineering to lead and grow the entire Product Engineering setup in India. Looking for a seasoned technology professional with over 18 years of experience with significant experience in building large teams and products from scratch. Tech: Microservices, Java, Angular, Mobile technologies etc.

Our client is a well-known Multinational in the Telecom industry, exhibiting high growth in international markets. They are setting up a Development Centre in Delhi NCR supporting global operations.

Description

- Set the technology strategy and product roadmap for the organization

- Manage technology for a multi country setup which is growing at a rapid pace

- Work closely with various business stakeholders to deliver technology enabled business growth

- Will manage a team of SME's handling different areas

- Build a team in India across levels

Profile

- B.E/B.Tech or MS in Computer Science from a top tier institute

- 18+ years of experience with exposure of setting up and managing a Software Development Centre in a leadership position

- In depth understanding of technology and the tech stack: AWS, Microservices, Java, Angular, iOS, android etc. and devops tools such as Jenkins is a must

- Experience solving business issues with technology is a must have requirement

- Prior experience in building teams from scratch

- Ability to manage vendors would also be beneficial
