- As the Head Of Engineering you will be responsible for the successful execution of the company's business mission through the development of cutting-edge software products & solutions
- You will provide technical leadership to a team of excellent software engineers; this requires the technical depth to make complex design decisions & the hands-on ability to lead by example

- With expanding operations in India they are looking to hire a Head of Engineering to review the platform and further scale it up
Description :
- You will be required to grow and lead a high-performing group of engineers, managers and quality assurance personnel.
- Deliver high-quality products on time to meet business growth objectives, you will also be designing and setting up engineering processes
- Guiding the overall tech architecture, tech design, and keeping track of the complete development process
- Instill and follow good s/w development practices and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work. You should be familiar with agile practices as well as be able to adapt these to the needs of the business, with a constant focus on product quality
- Bringing strong technology leadership to drive high-quality work in the areas of product development
- Bring thought leadership to adopt new challenges and changes in the technology world and preparing the team to take on new frontiers
- Working closely with the product management and Sales team to understand the critical issues customers and facing and getting those resolved
- A successful candidate should have strong analytical, logical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across borders, multiple disciplines and functions
- Forward-looking in adopting newer technologies to boost existing operations
