Description
- Responsible for the overall software development lifecycle
- Instil best practices for software development within the team, ensure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on schedule
- Work with business stakeholders to develop a long-term product plan and manage the release planning cycles for your products
- Ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, translate them into technical solutions, and lead engineering efforts to meet timelines
- Career management and development of direct reports
Profile
- B.Tech from a Tier 1 institute only
- 8+ years of hands on experience developing and testing highly scalable software
- Proficient in Python and Django. Solid foundation in object-oriented development and design patterns
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of multiple data storage systems
- Prior experience in microservices and event driven architecture
