Head - Engineering (Metallurgy)

- Experience in Metallurgical examination and its interpretation and in steel heat treatment and process.

- Manage new grade development by discussion and concluding Technical Delivery Condition of new grades /New source. Validation of new grades and new source through process qualification studies and capability studies

- Analysis and technical assessment of defects of raw material by metallurgical analysis and interaction with the technical team of RM supplier to initiate corrective and preventive action in steel making process.

- Effectiveness monitoring of corrective action by continuous tracking and sharing of RM quality levels to ensure raw material quality.

- Lead, manage and guide process improvement/ Process change by scrutinizing, validating the new process. New technology identification and validation of process.

Project Management : Monitor and Lead team on streamlining and monitoring business-critical projects at TPI in order to increase the capacity, capability and efficiency levels and Cost reduction.

New Process ( Technology ) and Product Management: Lead, manage and guide process development for new products by

1. Process design for new inquiry.

2. Contract review with the customer

3. New routing approval

4. Process design for Value engineering requirement of customer and validation in internal processes.

5. Interaction with R&D for functional test and specific test requirement .

6. Constant interaction with customer to update technology/process improvement . ( Techno meet) to meet customer requirement.
