Head - Engineering - Manufacturing Firm

BE/ Btech with experience of 20+ years in maintenance and project of any manufacturing company ( Preferably packaging/ light engineering).

Brief JD:

1. To work as engineering head of the group handling multiple plants.

2. Ensure maximum uptime of machines and utilities - fully automatic , PLC controlled.

3. Experience of managing new projects - green and brown field.

4. Budgeting and budgetary control.

5. Develop and implement plan for minimum down time and efficiency improvement of the plants.

6. Spares planning, inventory, forecasting and procurement

7. Utilities - Condition monitoring, preventive and predictive maintenance planning, execution

8. Identification of improvement projects -budgeting, approval and execution

9. Workplace safety - ensure safe working environment, training, identify and mitigate hazards to ensure ZERO accident.

10. All statutory and regulatory compliance, Liaison with authorities, maintenance of records.

11. Knowledge of ISO standard, plant audit

12. Working in SAP / ERP environment.
