Head - Engineering - Java/Anjular/Node/React JS - Remittance/Payment Platform

Summary:

The Head of Engineering will be expected to bring technology innovation, new and existing product development, delivering high quality results, innovative and competitive product designing.

Role and Responsibility:

- Responsible for Engineering & technology proficiency of - Remittance Platforms.

- Responsible for timely and successful delivery of the technology solutions.

- Manage effective functioning and ongoing support and other activities related to technology.

- Responsible for new product initiatives, enhancements, integrations and enabling better customer service.

- Guide and mentor project managers, developers, architects and quality analysts. Drive top-quality Engineering culture in all respects.

- Responsible for all Engineering processes, tools, infrastructure.

- Tackle some of the most challenging problems with high-performance interaction, connected-system integration, and more.

Job & Requirement:

- Minimum 12 years IT development experience and minimum 3 years as head of the function for product development or handling large products

- Experience of executing end-to-end projects collaborating with cross-functional teams

- Technically hands on. Must have recent experience on object oriented design of major components, writing or reviewing code.

- Previous experience of Java technologies, frameworks, mean stack & latest technologies.

- Excellent team management skills and leadership qualities, with high level of responsibility and accountability
