Head - Engineering - Health Tech (8-12 yrs)
The hiring organisation is a well established and respected pharma group with an international presence. The group has incubated an innovative new B2B2C platform and is looking to hire a Head of Engineering who will have the opportunity to build and own the platform and work with the leadership on the vision of the platform in order to meet the overall business objectives.
The role:
- Build and oversee the development of the platform from the word go
- Create and implement the engineering vision and strategy for building the platform to be in sync with the business and strategic vision and objectives. Work closely with the business and product teams
- Take complete ownership of the engineering and product output and guide / mentor the team
- Develop a culture of innovative engineering processes as required
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications -
- 8-12 years of experience in building a tech platform for a consumer tech / B2C platform
- Should have experience in building a robust and high performing tech and product team
- Strong ability to understand the consumer base and market in order to build an effective tech platform
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
