Description - Opportunity to head the engineering for a well established fintech company. Must have 15+ years of backend development experience with proficiency in Java, microservices based architecture, apache kafka. Experience working in fintech companies is a must with a preference for payments.

Job Description:

- Build a payment system that is highly scalable and able to give the customers a personalised experience

- Oversee the architecture, design and integration of payment platform to achieve hyper growth

- Build a strong technology team for development and delivery of high performing payment products

- Working closely with both business and product teams to define products and features

Profile:

- B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science from a top tier institute

- Atleast 15+ years of experience in backend development, having worked on technologies like Java, microservices and kafka

- Managerial experience and having built engineering/technology team in the past

- Experience in working with large amounts of data in the past

- A problem solving mindset and enthusiasm to working on new technology
