Job Description :

- Head the engineering team for one of India's leading internet product companies and work to scale up the existing product to match the pace of the demand and the market.

- Our client is one of India's leading medicine delivery start-ups that connects patients to the correct healthcare options and prescription medicines.

Description : 

Reporting to the Co-founders, your responsibilities would include :

- Build and grow an exceptional engineering team

- Responsible for scaling up the existing product

- Must deliver high quality products under critical time lines

- Design architecture, building a platform and be involved to build and create a high quality developer environment and apply best in class management approaches that work.

Profile : 

- B.Tech from a Tier 1 Institute

- 12+ years of relevant work experience in product companies

- Strong experience in developing highly scaleable distributed systems and an expert in OOP

- Must have worked in large product MNCs in the past and have experience in scaling up smaller products

- Must be willing to challenge himself/herself to move the product towards perfection

- Must have exceptional communication skills and be ready to represent the organization in public forums
