- Should have minimum of 17 to 20+ years- experience in Engineering Design & PLM along with project and people management skills
- Prior Exposure and experience working at different Geos, APAC, US, Europe
- Managing Practice level P&L, ensuring adherence to Organization norms
- Liaison with Legal and Finance teams and Staffing vendors
- Should be able to define reskill programs to rotate and give career growth to engineers
- Should be able to identify, analyze various key mechanisms to improve internal fulfillment in various account
- Available and ready for travels on short notice, spending and managing significant time at different locations and setting up new location in different Geos
- Should have a good understanding of delivery and operational efficiency levels.
