Head - Employee Relations/Statutory Compliance (15-25 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Competent to handle the Employee Relations/ Disciplinary matters/ Industrial Relations and HR litigation within the organization

- Negotiations, settlement with the Union/associations, Labor and other statutory compliances related to HR

- Well versed with end-to-end disciplinary process, employee grievance handling and conducting and monitoring HR investigations, departmental enquiries, disciplinary proceedings etc. in connection with disciplinary matters

- Well versed with end-to-end labor Acts & Rules and Establishment related laws and regulations such as provision under shops and establishment act, contract labor laws, contractual & civil laws and consumer laws.

- Well versed in dealing with the matters related to contract labor and end to end Contract Labor Registration Act process

- Handling HR court cases and litigation for pan India.

- Develops implements, manages and administers policies and programs related to employment, employee relations, wage and salary administration, training, orientation, safety, health and benefits effectively and in accordance with company policy and governmental regulations.

- Managing Multi -Union Employee Relations.

- Ensure compliance of all necessary statutes and regulations through liaising with various government authorities, labor consultants and advocates for IR and court related matters

- Maintain industrial relations with union and play an active role in negotiation process

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 15+ years of industrial experience in the similar domain

- LLB/LLM with Similar certification would be an advantage

- A thorough working knowledge of the regulatory environment, including applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance

- An ability to lead the ER & IR team by example and to supervise and support the development of other staff

- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with staff and external parties including the regulator - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Methodical, thorough, and attentive to detail - Report writing and presentation skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and Concept Trustee
