Head - Employee Relations - Manufacturing

Looking for Head - Employee relations Delhi/NCR

1. Should have handled multiple plants or big sized plant

2. Thorough with LTS, should have handled at least 5-6 wage agreements

3. Preferred Age group - 45 years

- Candidate Expertise should lies in HR Strategy, ER, Change Management Strategic Workforce Planning Organization Design & Structure Creation of High Performing Teams Talent Management & retention of key resources Implementation of Transformation interventions Employee & proactive Industrial relations.

- Formulation and Roll out of HR Strategy and HR budgets in line Business Strategy and Plans - Tracking, Review & Compliance.

- Should be able to design the ER strategy, Liaisoned with government officials and completed most of the critical licenses to be acquired, workmen dorms created, contract labour management setup and running smoothly

- Employee Relation policy & framework conceptualized and implemented

- Statutory Compliances, Disciplinary Matters, Labor Court/ Conciliation.

- Managing Internal & External environment.

- Managing welfare measures to enhance motivation levels and productivity.

- Handling disciplinary matters and the course of action to be taken and frame memos, charge sheets etc. and also organizing and holding enquiries and implementing disciplinary action.

- Company's court matters at labour court, conciliation proceeding before conciliation officer etc.

Statutory Compliance:

- Ensuring Statutory Compliances under various Industrial Laws.

- Implementation of IR processes and Practices viz. Employee Benefit Schemes such as PF, Superannuation, Gratuity, ESI, Death benefits & Bonus etc.
