Job Description :

- Skilled in Talent management, performance appraisal, IR, ER, Statutory Compliance, Legal Audits, Union Managements, handling pressure groups, signing productive liked LTS, Engagements, Grievance handling, Disciplinary proceedings, Redundancy discussions, POSH and Court Cases etc.

- Build a performance and value driven culture within the organization.

- Partnered with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and skill assessment.

- Lead the Diversity and Inclusion initiative in every aspect of the talent life cycle to enhance employee engagement, improve brand and drive performance.

- Ensured succession planning and create leadership pipeline for key roles in the organization.

- Implement / administer / interpret HR policies / programs / procedures

- Plan and formulate cost efficient budget for HR function

- Ensured adherence to all legal and statutory compliances under various acts.

- Monitored the annual salary review process and ensure it is conducted in a timely and efficient manner.

- Developed and implemented strategies to deal with union.

- Handled disciplinary action process in the matters like unauthorized absenteeism, negligence, insubordination , idling, stoppage of work etc

- Represent the Company in various Court cases, Appeared before the State Government and the Labour Department.
