- Skilled in Talent management, performance appraisal, IR, ER, Statutory Compliance, Legal Audits, Union Managements, handling pressure groups, signing productive liked LTS, Engagements, Grievance handling, Disciplinary proceedings, Redundancy discussions, POSH and Court Cases etc.
- Build a performance and value driven culture within the organization.
