Head - Employee Relations/Industrial Relations (11-20 yrs)

Accountability: Industrial Relations: Maintain peaceful & healthy relations for no - man hours loss on account of IR problems.
Grievance Redressal & Discipline: Initiate action for grievance redressal of employees and for Disciplinary cases for effective proceedings.
- Receipt of grievances/complaint.
- Analysis and submit proposal for approval
- Conduct preliminary /Fact finding enquiry.
- Conducting enquiry in a full proof way.
- Submit Enquiry Report.
- Welfare Activities & Initiatives.
- Monitor implementation of statutory welfare facilities.
- Ensure timely statutory Canteen
- Managing committee Meeting,
- Ensure steps for the improvement of canteen including round the clock service,
- Ensure organizing/ spiritual/ social/ cultural programmes for workers,
- Ensure compliance of statutory requirements on Health and Welfare
Quality Systems Implementation:
- Coordinate the implementation of various clauses pertaining to Human Resources Function under various Quality Systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 & WCM.
- Implementation and monitoring of activities related to the clauses of Quality Systems viz. ISO-9001, ISO-14001, OHSAS 18001 & WCM.
- Associate in the Internal & External Audits.
- Take remedial actions on Auditors observations
- Maintain all the records as per the system stipulations
- Actions to bring continuous improvements in the systems.
