Job Description:
1) End to End Knowledge of all Statutory and Labour related compliance in matters and ability to handle scale within given timelines.
2) HR Compliances
3) Employee Relation
4) Should manage the ESIC and PF vendor right from coordination with the payroll, ESIC card creation, UAN generation & accounts team to submission of challans & returns within defined timelines
5) Experience in managing activities like audit of all contract vendors.
6) Should have managed activities under Shop & Establishment Act
