Designation: Head Employee Relation

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the employee relations function for India
- Competent to handle the Employee Relations/ Disciplinary matters/ Industrial Relations and HR litigation within the organization
- Well-versed with the end-to-end disciplinary process, employee grievance handling and conducting and monitoring HR investigations, departmental enquiries, disciplinary proceedings etc. in connection with disciplinary matters
- Well-versed with end-to-end labor Acts & Rules and Establishment related laws and regulations such as provisions under shops and establishment act, contract labor laws, contractual & civil laws and consumer laws.
-Managing the entire grievance redressal for the Company, and ensure compliance and governance while handling matters related to regular and temporary workforce.
- Handling HR court cases and litigation for pan India.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary statutes and regulations through liaising with various government authorities, labor consultants and advocates for IR and court-related matters
- Participate in the development and implementation of Employee Relations policies, procedures, programs, and other Company initiatives.
