We have been retained by a Leading MNC to select a Head - Employee Relations. The position is based in Mumbai and reports to the CHRO. - The individual will have overall responsibility for leading the Employee / Industrial Relations, designing and implementing the IR strategy and having responsibilities to drive the IR for all the plants in India. - The individual will be responsible for managing the Employee Relation matters - Compliance, Discipline, Investigations, Grievances for the organisation; Union Management & Settlements. - The individual will need to work closely with the HR Business Partners and other teams including Legal & Compliance; Liaising with Government Departments in related to IR. - The individual will be required to partner with multiple stakeholders in complex working environments. - The individual needs to have around 15 years of experience and a Post Graduate qualification will be preferred.
