- Responsible for the achievement of defined objectives (turnover, contribution margin, etc), establishing necessary measures to achieve objectives and monitoring results

- Contributes to the preparation and implementation of marketing strategies for the specific cluster

- Manages the price policy and customer conditions in line with the company policies

- Assigns targets customers to Sales Engineers, IS Specialists, and National Key Account Managers

- Supports Sales head and Management in general providing market inputs and information

- Responsible for collection of product requirements of the IS as an input for ISP

- Responsible, together with Human Resources, for staff recruitment, training and development, etc. in the area of responsibility. Supports and promotes personal development related to the career path of the Sales Engineers and National Key Account

- Manages, coaches and motivates the team (that is, Sales Engineers, Application Engineers, National Key Account Managers) in IS-related knowledge, defining priorities and handling conflicts in line with the company processes and corporate strategy

- Develop sales plans, activities, and manage the day-to-day activities of a sales team in order to implement the organisation's overall sales strategy for an assigned product line, market segment, or list of customer accounts.

- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the sales team. Innovation and Change (i.e. range and diversity of activities, problems, processes, market dynamics and management challenges that need to be recognized and resolved, improvement of processes, systems or products)

- Expected to visit customers periodically for the problems in the processes which can be solved by our products. To have updated Festo product ranges for better customer support and service. To improve the business by finding new customers.

- Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organisation.

- Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.

- Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organisation's products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.
