Head - Environment , Health & Safety

Job Purpose: To meet organisation regulatory requirements pertaining to Plastic Waste Management, CGWA, EHS. Implement systems & processes to standardize the Environment operations to have sustainable results.

Responsibility :

- Preparation, monitoring and implementation of Environment and sustainability policies

- Compliance Management

- Fulfilling the statutory requirements pertaining to environment

- Review of consent conditions

- Review EPR compliance as part of Plastic Waste Management Rules.

- Coordination with EPR service provider to ensure the recycling process is as per PAPL requirements. Monthly MIS to management on EPR progress

- Review of RWH compliance as per CGWA requirements

- Implementation of Water Resource Management system

- Resource conservation

- Develop pollution control/prevention and recycling programmes (Air, Water, Noise, Soil and Waste)

Key Performance indicators & Management systems for Environment:

- Recognize emerging problems and proactively develop solutions

- Identify, assess and reduce the organization's environmental risks and financial costs

- Train staff at all levels in environmental issues and responsibilities

- Develop and implement sale strategies for environmental goods and services

- Consider audit and report on environmental performances of all the factories

- Implementation and evaluation of Good Manufacturing Practices

- Develop Objectives/Lead & Lag indicators for H & S. Monthly MIS.
