Scope of role is

- To provide the leadership and technical expertise to ensure compliance of the organization sites in India, with all central, state and local Environmental, Safety, Health and Regulatory requirements. In addition, to develop and create compliance initiatives which ensure continuous improvement in environmental, safety, health and industrial hygiene performance.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications: BE/ Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical Branch) with Safety Degree / Diploma

Expereince:

- More than 15+ years of total related experience in Production / Integration/ Shop Floor with atleast 5 years in leadership position with experience of managing world class manufacturing systems and process and handling a diversified team

Skill Requirements:

- 5 yrs of Central and State Regulations

- Chemical plant experience in developing and implementing programs to comply with environmental, safety and health, hazardous materials management compliance

- Five years of supervisory experience of ESH professionals

- Familiarity with other regulatory areas such as ATF, DEA, and FDA
