Job Description :
Our client is looking for Head of E-Commerce.
- The candidate would be responsible for growing the Online Presence of a well known retail chain. The candidate would be responsible for the entire P&L of the digital channel - Sales generation, Marketing Spends, Strategic Alliances, Customer Experience and Brand Development.
The Ideal Candidate should :
- Be well versed with Online Marketing - Campaign creation, SEO, SEM as well as marketing Analytics and performance measuring tools
- Create a roadmap to drive revenue growth by working with new and existing brands partners to co-create promotional / sales events
- Be well versed with CRM tools used to drive customer engagement and create strategies to get repeat customer growth / increase average order Value
- Create Strategic Alliances to boost revenue growth
- Be able to work with an IT Team to create a world class customer buying experience from landing on the website to ordering
- Be able to work with external vendors and monitor inventory, logistics, delivery and installation processes to ensure that the overall experience from ordering to after sales servicing is exceptional
- Be able to work with the IT Team to ensure that external vendor APIs are integrated into the system
- Be able to hire and mentor a team
- Be able to work with the Existing Offline retail team in a harmonious manner
Bonus Points for :
- Knowledge of Inventory Management & Logistics
- Knowledge of Consumer Durables / Electronics
- Years of Experience - 12+ years total experience with a minimum of 3 years leadership experience in charge of the Ecomm channel
- Candidate should be ready to work 6 days week.
