Our Client is Hiring Head E-Commerce in Mumbai Location Location : Mumbai Experience : 10 - 18 Years Function : Others Budget is upto 60 LPA including 20 percent variable Vacancy : 1 Job Description : Head of eCommerce - Responsible for the global eCommerce strategy with key focus on product design, development, user experience, revenue generation, cost reduction and enhancing guest experience. - Manage product design and delivery of eCommerce products and features including web management, mobile solutions &amp; apps, IVR solutions, direct sale solution, self-service check-in, e-ticketing, risk management, payment solutions and ancillary revenue. - Build and grow mobile and desktop commerce including design &amp; development of mobile apps. - Devise and implement eCommerce strategies and business solutions to drive transactions for direct sale, self-service check-ins, Holidays, SME and ancillary revenue. - Drive consumers to direct channels and deliver enhanced conversions at a lower cost of sale. - Drive research and development of innovative e-Business strategies. - Build partnerships with external brands to drive value ads to consumers as well generate revenue. - Responsible for top line growth with respect to revenue and transactions including ancillary revenue. - Manage and lead cross functional teams and collaborate with internal and external partners including solution providers and airport operators to develop new solutions. - Ownership and management of Customer Experience across all eCommerce products to ensure enhanced consumer response and engagement. - Maintenance and support the functional aspects eCommerce by working closely with the IT, Revenue Management, Loyalty, Marketing, Sales teams and outside suppliers on continuous improvements to the public website and digital systems. - Work closely with the customer management team, ORM team &amp; call centre to drive consumer loyalty. - Mentor, groom and build a motivated and high performance team with focus on succession planning. - Plan, budget and control costs for all eBusiness activities. Key Attributes: - Ability to see - bigger picture- and aligning organisational structure with commercial objective, technological innovation and business processes to achieve business results. - Should be a proficient planner with significant hands-on experience in project management, business scope, process re-engineering, business operations and strategic planning with strong focus on user experience, design, quality and consumer experience. - Good understanding of technology and digital solutions including analytics, machine learning and other evolving technology.
