- Establishing categories for HHs to engage (identification of categories with market data) - Commercial structuring &amp; negotiations with Partners from each category - Ensuring prominence of Partner/ Category on App (working with IT) benchmarking with other E-Comm companies - Working closely with &amp; pushing Marketing for higher HH engagement - using data about competitive offerings - Achieving Revenue targets (by pushing GMV/ transactions) - Use AI/ Data Science to ensure that Deals are structured and campaigns are co-ordinated &amp; customised with Marketing &amp; IT. Using AI/ Data Science with Category Heads to ensure data is analysed on a real-time basis. - Market information/ intelligence is used regularly to improve Deal structuring with Partners and increase engagement with HHs Personality: - Closure oriented with excellent numbers skills - Multi discipline instinct since this job has strong dependencies on Tech, Marketing, Data Analytics &amp; Commercial/ Financials - Strong on Digital thinking - ideally, full career in Digital companies - Strong communication skills
